Women Career Mode Feedback
I dont know if it is normal but many clubs and leagues are missing ? they exist in the game but not in single player career mode ? what gives ? Edit: forgot to mention it is on women career mode. ...

Not sure what you mean with the American League. I tested it again and was able to sign 75ovr player from Angel City FC, she was on 4k wages and signed for 2.3k with 15k signing bonus. That seems normal to me.
Free Agent wages/CPU not renewing contracts are still broken after recent update, so Women's Career remains unplayable after the first season.
I do sometimes see unsigned players get signed by lesser teams. No idea how they manage to shell out 20K wages, but it happens.
Can you "counter" the bug by starting with 1 billion in the bank, or does the excess money fizzle at the end of the season?

Any Rest of World club can sign Free Agents because every club that is under Rest of World has their players on very high wages regardless how good or bad the team is. Teams from 5 leagues don't have those wages so they don't sign them. I'm not sure what you're seeing, because I've never seen teams from 5 leagues sign any Free Agents.
Giving yourself a billion doesn't change the fact that the CPU clubs keep losing their players and having a smaller roster size every season. Going into season 2 and seeing CPU teams not having any players in certain positions, even not having a GK, is just ridiculous and makes Career Mode unplayable.
@EA_Pulsar @EA_Vendcera are the makers aware that woman's mode is broken and needs fixing? that computer controlled teams cant extend contracts and loose all their players within a season or two and nobody can afford free agents due to stupid wage demands or players from teams where their league isnt in the game?

Been complaining about these things since the BETA and have never had a response. I highly doubt the devs are aware. Games been officially out for over a month and still can't play a Women's Manager or Player Career past the first season.
