Suspensions apply to that competition ONLY.

Read RFEF and La Liga rules.

if a player has accumulated yellow cards is suspended IN THAT COMPETITION ALONE. 

if a player is ejected from a game with a red card he COULD be suspended across competitions ONLY IF the offense is too grave.
