Yellow and Red Cards are not competition specific

That'll be because Domestic Red Cards cover all Domestic Competitions. The only ones that are separated are European Games. For example if get Red Card in Carabao Cup then they are suspended for the next game whether that's a League or an FA Cup Match, however if they have a European Game during suspension then they can still play.
