3.6 million stolen and transfer banned.

I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I was recently hacked and had 3.6 million stolen.

I secured my account, have changed passwords and email and added a 2 step authenticator. I spent 2 hours on a chat with a really helpful EA  employee Dura. The hacker had transferred coins with numerous transactions, all of these were flagged and reported. I waited to hear back from EA and all that has happened is that my claim has been denied and to make matters worse, have been permanently transfer banned.

So after hours of time spent playing FC25 and a good amount of money spent on my team I seem to be the only one to lose out in this situation.

It is upsetting as I am a FUT Founder and really enjoy the game hence wanting to get this sorted. 

A major worry is that if this transfer ban carries over to the next title. I am hoping to get this sorted so I can continue to use your services.

A quick check of my history over the years will show that I have never broken the terms of service until being hacked, it feels like I am the only one losing out.

Ideally I would like my coins reinstated and the transfer ban lifted but to be honest the transfer ban is the main thing as the game is now unplayable. I cannot buy players, sell players or complete SBC's.
