A player with an unusual problem

Hello everyone, my name is Pavlo and I am a player from Ukraine.
Today I would like to share with you the "interesting" experience of opening the SBC "87+ Base or Centurions Icon Upgrade". I think like most players I expected only positive emotions from opening it but Random decided differently. After opening the package I got the goalkeeper card Yashin 92 and this is a problem for me! I understand that this is a coincidence and no one influences it. and I understand that in fact I was lucky and I got the player "92", but I am ready for a much worse and cheaper player, if only not him. I am a player from Ukraine and I would not like to see a player from a terrorist country in my club. And my resources have already been spent. You can fairly tell me that I can safely remove him from the club, but tell me this honestly? If I just delete it, it will turn out that I threw a bunch of resources into the trash. That's why I contacted support. And after several contacts with support I found out that "technically" EA support can help me with a replacement but not for my specific request, he simply does not meet the requirements for player exchanges and a company like EA does not have a player exchange process for political reasons.
I will also add that I did not demand an equal exchange/compensation or anything like that. As I said above I understand the random system and was ready for even the worst or cheapest player and I would not have any complaints.
To be honest, now every time I enter the club I see the flag of a terrorist country, and it is terrible. They are destroying my country, and I should be happy, a player from this country. Every day I have less and less desire to go play this game, and before I loved spending time in FC 25. And it is sad, because I liked it and helped distract from the IRL.
And now I'm writing this post with Johan's recommendation in the hope that you as a community of this game will read it and at least be prepared for a similar situation in the future. And as a maximum I would like to reach out to EA and have them consider and prepare processes for political reasons. Johan is one of the EA support employees with whom I communicated and who was able to explain to me in detail the reasons for the refusal of assistance.
