ACCIDENTLY BOUGHT ALOT OF FC POINTS
Hi,
I've got an ongoing case on my account where on Saturday I mistakenly purchased 18500 fc pts, when i was intending on purchasing 500. I was told by advisors that I need to wait for the payment to be processed then I can go through the request a refund
I'm unable to contact an advisor on my account, I no longer receive a pop up on EA HELP to begin a conversation with a human, I've tried absolutely everything to remake contact with an advisor however it looks like my account has been restricted from making contact?
Anyone got any suggestions on how I can fix this?

When you have a moment can we try selecting the following when creating a case?
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select EA Sports FC 25
- Select the "See all help topics"
- Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
