Hi I’ve received a beta code for the wrong console! I have a Xbox series X I’ve been asked to post in here to see if I can get a code for the correct console?
@kyleramseyy Make sure that you have ticked your preferred console on email preferences tab. Once you have done this you have to wait. The issue is being looked into and hopefully will be resolved shortly.
Yeah I have it’s been changed to Xbox series X. Will I receive a new email with a code for my correct console?

- @kyleramseyy This has happen in the pass when EA have given out the incorrect codes for the wrong platforms even when people have set their preferred platforms. It seems like this is the case again. So to answer this, yes EA will resolve this issue. However I do not know when but hopefully soon.
