Bad gameplay..

I have a problem in this game that this game keeps on putting my CPU on 100% no matter what i do, it makes the game stutter every 10 sec and it is making me lose games because of this. I've tried everything. Idk if it is the anticheat updating every 10 sec or so but something is happening to my game and i need help.

I should have no issues with hardware cause i have a good setup

I7 12700f

32GB ram

rtx 4070 super

Ea,why opponent have so big advantage in champions?Mine players are below bronze.Game slown down shoots,tackles passes,opponents are responsive like Newton acceleration law on steroids.its immposiple to winn in champions qualiffy,i faild to qualiffy 3. times in row,with record 0-15.opponent have at least 2 sec advantage.Any compesation?
