Ban appeal

Hi,

I was ban today for being a bit abusive to a cheater on fc25.

I obviously regret the way I acted but in the spare of the moment I got annoyed due to the person I was playing disconnecting me in the middle of a champs game.

I've disputed this what are the odd ea actually over turn my week ban?

It's generally the first time I've ever had a 1 week ban from ea but surely due to the circumstances they should be banning him for using cheat software?

After the disconnection he was goading me saying too easy which in itself what do you expect ? My reaction wasn't the best atall due to him trying to provoke me which he did then he went on to report me after cheating me out of a game I was going to win.

I get why ea has give me a suspension/ban but surely it should of only been a comms ban not a complete ban? 

Again the guy was provoking me to react and was clearly using a prohibited cheat to disconnect people mid game
