Hello I had a problem with my EA account's steam connection being hacked. Your team members solved my problem and my account was associated with a new e-mail address. I am very grateful to your team. But when I opened the Fifa25 game, I saw that my account was banned in this game. I don't understand this very well, can you fix this problem?
