As long as you order before release, it is a pre order. The August 26 deadline was for a separate offer exclusive to the ultimate edition, featuring an FC25 evolution, FC25 icon pick, and an untradeable icon pack for the start of FC26. These offers correctly expired on that date, and are no longer being advertised. Again, the new advertisement is for bonuses that can still be earned by pre ordering, so seeing them should be expected.
