BANNED ACCOUNT

Mid day yesterday (24th April) I was incorrectly banned this came after selling a tradeable player on the transfer market the player was a fantasy fc Marcus Rashford for around 1.5million coins. i believe this may have caused a false reading or something on EA’s end. Therefore resulting in my wrongful ban. 
I have never in my 7 years of playing fifa/fc broken the rules or had an account warning. 
I have emailed ea help over 20 times but still no help every time I put in a dispute I get an email a few hours later saying that they cannot unban me. Someone please help.
