Banned account

Today, November 14, 2024, I received a ban on my EA account. At the very beginning, I bought EA Plus with access to FIFA 25 for 10 hours. After completing the free trial period, I decided to purchase the full version. Immediately after entering the game, I received a message that EA servers were currently unavailable. I didn't know what was going on, after re-entering the game, a message from EA appeared. "Your account has been blocked." I received an e-mail notification about this ban, in the reason it was written that I had allegedly "cheated" and the reason for it was FOOTBALL_SOCCER. XD?. The applications I had enabled were Steam, Epic Games, EA, Discord, Razer Central, Logitech Hub. What happened to EA to your anticheat and banning innocent people?
