Hello EA Support,
I was shocked to find that my EA FC 25 account has been banned without any warning or clear explanation. I have never used cheats, third-party software, or engaged in any unfair gameplay. I always follow EA’s rules and terms of service.
This must be a mistake, and I kindly request a manual review of my case. Please let me know the exact reason for this ban, as I have done nothing wrong.
Same here, tried chat 2 times and forum post. they all say go send email and wait 10 days pretty much
same ! i got banned for cheating did nothing this is hillarious 10 years old account tons of money in it banned for no reason

Same here all I did was make a new rtg a few days ago played the cup and rivals then banned didn’t do anything wrong ea said to me today I breached tos but that wasn’t possible as all I did was play the cup and rivals, didn’t know just playing the game is tos yet hackers and paletool users get a free pass
Idk if it's related but I just got banned from battlefield for no reason, they denied the appeal and I still have no idea why I was banned in the first place. Never giving EA another cent, cant even get a response from a human and im apparently banned for life after 15 years of buying and playing their games.
if you didn't cheat, and don't get a reason for the ban i would suggest you going legal way. In many countries there are customer protection law which should protect you against this kind of things.
EA has over 4000 complaints filed against them and is not better business bureau accredited but my assumption is that filing a complaint there will have the same result, and the only other option would be to file a lawsuit.
