Been Permanent Banned For Cheating EAFC 25

I got the same email on the 27th of October. I've played almost every game since FIFA 15. They don't care. Only way false bans get reversed is if they ban too many legit players at once, forcing them to investigate. And like you said you're free to buy the game again on a new account cause they don't actually care about cheaters ruining the games, they just want your money again.

If there is a ban on your account @kala077 and our team declines to remove it then it means that they found evidence to support the ban when investigating.

Best thing we can recommend is to appeal again and include as much info as possible.

If only the appeal process wasn't made to purposely be extremely anti-consumer. There is no communication where it can be seen that an actual human has issued the ban or investigated an appeal. Every email is auto generated and no people names can be seen anywhere.  A SAR request I've sent 3 weeks ago is still unanswered and it seems like your support is doing their best not to process it. There is no point wasting a limited amount of appeals when I do not have a slightest idea about what kind of cheating I'm being accused of nor do I have the information from the SAR to proof that there is no cheating going on. 

All TOS appeals are investigated by a member of the team @kala077.

Templates are used for communication to ensure that there is uniformity in response.

That's why I said there is no proof that a human of the team is investigating a TOS appeal. The bare minimum would be to include an team member name on the response. Since you're a community member and all @EA_Darko do you have any idea how can it take more than 3 weeks to process a SAR Request? After asking about the status of that case on chat it got changed to "waiting on player" but there is nothing I can do to change that status?

I guess the chance that you will be unbanned is close to 0. No matter how often you submit the request, you will always receive an automatic email. Writing to the team in person is impossible. I know someone who gave up after 5 requests.

We used to include the name of the TOS agent who reviewed the case @kala077 but then people began using information available in-game and online to track down and harass and threat the TOS team.

Same with us CMs, we use nicknames as almost everyone of us has a story of how someone has taken issue with one of us over something innocuous and threatened our lives or family.
