Bought fc 24 points accidentally instead of fc 25 points
PLEASE HELP US EA! I bought fc 24 points accidentally and i already played fc25 so i just cant transfer my points anymore. A multibillionare company and you guys cant help us?!

Yesterday, I bought on the PS Store 5,900 FUT pts, but by mistake I did for EAFC 24 instead of 25.
For the record, I never bought EAFC24 (I'm sure you can check my purchase history).
Any chance you can refund me the money, or give me credit or transfer the points for me?
If we can take this offline, so I can share what email is associated to my account, as it is different from the one I am using to send this.
