Bought fc 24 points accidentally instead of fc 25 points

PLEASE HELP US EA! I bought fc 24 points accidentally and i already played fc25 so i just cant transfer my points anymore. A multibillionare company and you guys cant help us?!

Sorry to say @Iniq2r but if you have already transferred the points then there is nothing we can do to assist with this.

We are not able to transfer them again.

Hey all, understand that you may be frustrated but being kind takes nothing and people are much more likely to help you with an issue if you show a little niceness to people.
