Broken Game

The game keeps switching itself off when playing squad battles at times, the commentary cuts out and then it switches off costing me points (approx 10/15 games this has happened) which affects rewards and is terribly annoying,  this doesn't happen with any other game or in other modes. When will this be fixed and can you offer compensation????
