Bad latency in Mauritius

EA_DarkoI have done every bit of trouble shooting possible for the past 4 months. I live in Minnesota and my ping has been noticeably worse these past couple days. I have 0 buffer bloat and i have tested several sqm settings and have found ones that worked for a week or two before a new patch completely breaks my game. Please dont say its a issue on my end like you do for  every other post i want a real response to why my connection has gotten noticeably worse even though my network has stayed the exact same. And by the way every other game runs perfect for me. I thought there was an iowa server what happened to that?
