To count towards objectives, your card needs to be a 'Become Immortal' card and not an in-progress green evolution card. This has nothing to do with a rating of 91. I have used 88 rated Become Immortal card for all objectives, and it worked for me.
Literally what I said. It being the 91 version of the 'Become Immortal' was just an example...
