Bug detected regarding immortal objective

What happened in my case was the following:

I completed 5 Champions knockout matches. With that, the Be Immortal objective should have been completed and I should have received the EVO to raise my Be Immortal card to over 92.

After that, I should have applied the Immortality DME item to the card and managed to raise the card to over 94.

The problem is that, with the bug that doesn't count the 5 knockout wins, I can't go ahead and apply the Immortality EVO.

Since I've already qualified for Champions, I can't play any more extra matches in the knockout.

In addition, I can't call you in the chat. There's no option that allows me to talk in the chat.

How can I solve this as quickly as possible so that I can complete enough matches to complete the DME I acquired?
