Can’t get help to unlink EA account

I’ve been trying to contact the EA support chat for 3 days now I bought battle field 6 phantom edition and once it downloaded it said I had to verify my EA account linked to my PS5 I don’t ever remember making or even that last for digits of the phone number it shows I just want to unlink that EA account I don’t recognize and connect the new one I made I need help I’m frustrated, I don’t get notifications when they send me a message on live chat only in my email to tell me closed by live chat due to inactivity I’ve done 4 separate cases I just want to play my game already.
