I received a wrong card rarity.
I opened a Premium Gold Pack from the store (classic packs sections) about an hour ago and I got a gold Luis Suarez instead of the Team of the Season version, which is supposedly in packs and not the gold… I talked to and agent and got nowhere, I’m really mad. He kept sending me possible scenarios in which you can pack a gold card when there’s a special version in packs but none checked the situation I’m in. So I basically gave up, I got scammed (once again) by this game and company, apparently it’s not enough to rig pack luck and try to persuade you to buy more store packs. So if anything similar has happened or happens to you, don’t waste your time, they never lose…Better player creator
Please improve the Player Creator in the main settings menu. It would be great to let users assign Archetypes (e.g., Architect, Finisher) and Player Traits (e.g., Flair, Composure, Leadership) when creating a custom player. This would allow for deeper customization and make offline modes and friendlies more fun and persnalized. I love to create a player and use in the others modes.Ea Servers...
With a 1000/1000 mb 10 in answeartime and absolute no problem with my connection i logged into Ea to test a game and i was stunned, whats wrong with Ea servers folks, this is madness, take a look at the pictures i posting, every game is riddicoules high ping and a horrible serverconnection. No there is no problem with my connection it is super stable, every test i take it got 970 mb, every game working fantastic... Until i logged in to Ea servers !?Why was I banned?
This afternoon, I played Rivals. After completing 3 matches, the matchmaking time started to take longer. When I finally found an opponent and entered the match, I hadn’t even started playing when I got a message saying, "Your opponent has left the match." This kept happening to me for about 6 to 8 matches, so I exited the game. A few hours later, I received a BAN notification from EA. I don’t understand what I did wrong. Can someone please explain it to me?

Hi all, I’m posting this to share my recent experience with a Transfer Market ban in EA FC 25 that seems to be the result of an error by EA’s automated system, followed by what I believe was no real manual review — despite two appeals. What Happened: EA ID: kamienieks Date of Ban: May 21, 2025, ~9:00 AM UTC Transaction in Question: Bought Team of the Year Mohamed Salah for 800,000 coins Sold him shortly after for 995,000 coins Market price during that time ranged from 885,000 to 1,062,000 coins (based on hourly FUTBIN data) This was a completely legitimate, in-game market trade — well within fair value. EA's Response: I submitted a detailed appeal explaining the transaction. I received two nearly identical rejection emails, claiming “manual review” and “coin distribution,” but never once acknowledging my specific transaction or evidence. EA refuses to provide further explanation, and states the case is “closed.” It’s clear to me that no actual manual review was done, and I’m being unfairly punished for what seems to be a false positive. What I’ve Done: Submitted a Notice of Dispute to EA’s legal department in Canada. Considering escalating through consumer protection bodies or small claims court if needed I’ve paid for online access to this game and am now denied full service due to an apparent error, with no transparent review or real appeal process. Hello everyone, I haven't been playing seasons for a long time and after leaving the Ultimate Team I've decided to just enjoy the game and play Seasons. I've started from division 10 and I've won 73 out of 75 games. I've been promoted to the 1st division very quickly I've kept winning. Then of course I've been thinking I might be up in the weekly Leaderboard list at least. Then I was shocked. I'm on a 30 win streak and I'm in 890th or something while another player with 30 wins 1 draw and 4 loses is in top 100, in 60th place. How can there be such difference? What am I doing wrong? or What am I missing? I've used Galatasaray as my team in most of my matches and I played as Real Madrid for a couple of matches I guess. Does the team matter? Should I play as Barca or PSG all the time for more points? I don't understand this system.Is the Matchmaking System in Online Seasons Truly Fair?

I had already secured the points needed to move up from Division 5 and only needed one more win in my final two matches. However, I was matched against extremely tough opponents—despite them using teams that appeared weaker on paper. This scenario feels all too familiar: approaching promotion, only to face a string of unusually strong rivals that halt progress. Even when I’ve managed to reach higher divisions—up to Division 2—I’ve consistently faced opponents whose skill levels and team performances feel significantly above the standard for those divisions. This raises a key question: is the matchmaking system truly random and AI-driven as EA claims? Or are there hidden factors—perhaps algorithmic interference or preferential treatment of certain user accounts—that continuously place independent players like myself in disproportionately difficult situations? If the goal is to provide a balanced and competitive experience for everyone, EA needs to offer more transparency about how matchmaking works and why such irregular patterns in opponent difficulty occur so frequently for some players.
