Cant access the game !
Ive entered the code then says check downloads and nothing there went to enter code again to which it says already redeemed can anyone help

@tombeckett95 If you're on xbox, go to your "Game Library" and it should be the one titled either "LoremIpsum25_XSX" or "LoremIpsum25_XB1" and the cover is just the EA badge.

we received a code, we redeemed it but no game and now code is showing as used? Any help?
Did it fix I have same issue
- @Gamingplays2674 This worked! had to scroll through my entire gaming library, kinda stupid it didn’t automatically show up and start the download but it was in my “library”
