Yeah i think its just you. Taking away the ability to move players is a good thing as it is replaced with player roles which is far better in knowing where players will actually position themselves. The rest of your complaints are generally just get gud bro.
So less options than previous iterations that don't make sense is a good thing? Okay, everyone's different...
