Hello EA Support,

Since the recent update my players feel heavy and slow to respond in matches.

*Issues:*

1. Sprinting has delay - players take time before they start running

2. Through balls and passes feel sluggish

3. Skill moves/last-touch response is slower than before

4. Whole team feels “stuck” even with 117 rated players

*My details:*

Device: [Android phone]

Connection: WiFi 50mbps, ping stable

Tried: Cleared cache, reinstalled game, lowered graphics to Balanced. Problem still there.

This started right after [31 May 2026]. Can you check if it’s a server/gameplay bug?
