Career mode

As much as i love career mode there is also many things, minor things that could be added

1, Train FreeKicks and Penalties, there is no way in player development to do this other than keeping it on Balanced which takes x2 the time, im not waiting 15+ weeks for the stat to go up by 1. It makes no sence.

2, Other than the temp playstyles, a way to get a player under a certain age certain play styles, maybe just in the youth academy? Had so many players with Potential to be special but they have no playstyles.

3, When sending a player out on loan, atleast let us find a way to see if there having any game time, i have sent so many out on loan to the same league (so i can see gametime) and they dont get any its a real pain. 

4, In the coaches section, they need to have a way to upgrade the coach, i know you can get from novice to expert but the stars also need a way to go up.

5, Not sure if already a thing but if the player is scoring goals, but hasnt got the development on finishing, he should still get some more xp for that stat etc
