What's happening exactly when you try to change the game's language? Are you getting an error, or is the option just not working in the menu?

Just to check, do you play on the EA app or on Steam?
Steam came in

If you right click the game in your library and select "Properties" and change the language there to the commentary language that you want, when you start the game do you see the option to have the language then?
