changing clubs between seasons - mc

One of the disappointing things about Fc24's career mode and the past fifas, is that we can't change clubs in between seasons. So say the season ends in July, and you want to change clubs. Why can't there be a screen after the end of season screen showing available jobs and allowing us to apply to a new job before pre season. You either have to apply before the end of the season, or wait till like October. Quite painful as i love getting to the end of the season before changing jobs but I can't do that
