Cheating

I encountered a cheater on WL last night. Since the cheating is so obvious, there is nothing to discuss, but how do we detect the one who cheats a little? Even if I detect it, I can't get anything. I am 44 years old and I have been playing football games for more than 25 years, but my loss rate in rivals and CL is extremely high. My winning rate is higher in other modes such as "one nation" etc., which means there are fewer cheaters in those modes.
