This specific case wasn't written in that text, but even if it was I think it would fair to ignore the disclaimer anyway as EA explicitly state that the Cosmetic EVOs only change the cosmetics of a card and do not effect gameplay in anyway. I think it would be fair to say that chemistry boost would fall into the category of gameplay.
If EA states cosmetic EVOs do not effect gameplay, and then they do, I think it is fair to raise an objection.

- 1 year ago@b24073 Yeah i get the rarity thing but don’t you see any absurd here? Then why should we use any of this cosmetic things when they make our cards unplayable since they reduce chem boost?
- 1 year ago@b24073 And also what about for example rttk cards? When i put cosmetic evo on them and CHANGE their rarity should’t they receive upgrades?
