Code already redeemed

I recieved a code for PS5 and its says already reedemed.  Could you please help med with this asap...

    I went into the EA live chat and they gave me a link where I should send my old code and i got this reply back. 

    Hi bossman2kk,

    Thanks for contacting EA Help.

    We checked, and it looks like you submitted an invalid code for the EA SPORTS FC 25 beta.

    Make sure you entered your code correctly and follow our steps to redeem your code.

      Are you in North America or the UK? Also, was the code sent to you or did you get it from someone else?

      Unfortunately, there's nothing else we can do if your code is invalid and the self help tool doesn't generate a new one.

    I am also having this problem and the beta code tool is saying code already redeemed when it hasnt been
