Missing evolution "Striker's Rise"

I was doing the Training camp evo "Striker's Rise". (on the 59-rated bronze Australian striker Tete Yengi who plays for Livingston FC to give more details)

When it was updating from 2nd to 3rd day, I pressed X to check the player and a message about cancelling the evolution appeared, logically when something appears and you want to cancel/go back without causing any changes you press O - i did it, and it instead resulted in the player evolution being cancelled.

With that, I couldn't redeem the last level of the evo.

I hope it gets fixed and the players who experienced the issue get their evo back.
