If your code is invalid, it normally means you weren't invited to the beta. If the self help tool doesn't generate a working code for you, there is nothing we can do to help, unfortunately.

I got a beta code which didn't work I would like a new one please

Same thing happened to me after entering the beta code.  After you enter the code,  EA FC 25 will appear in your game library.  Highlight the game here and initiate the beta download.  The key is going to EA FC 25 in your personal game library, after redeeming the beta code.
