SLOW MOTION GAME FC 25

since the last update the game in menus is so slow and delayed and its so frustrating 
and the game it self is on slow motion mode like 20 FPS game , i don't know the reason ive set all my settings on low and changed somethings on nvidia panel , also i changed my windows version and bought a ssd specially for fc but nothing works out , note : the game was working fine all year
