Coins refund

Hi my name is Yasser, today I got a player which costs around 700 thousands coins and were very happy about it, but then decided to sell her because she was trade able. I was in the toilet and then came back to seeing my little brother playing with the game and saw that he have purchased two packs and all my coins and gone now, but he didn’t know what he was doing exactly.
