Companion app claim wrong

Had exactly the same thing happen, even though it hasn't happened the past 5 seasons when there's been reward picks. I tried to talk to an Ea support adviser vie the Ea Help Website and after a while trying to explain and ask what they can do I always got the same scripted answer and they refused to give any answer, they just said to write on forums and if the game team find anything that went wrong they'll act accordingly, but they don't have the ability to actually change anything which Is probably not true seeing as they do change things and give compensation in very very rare cases. So pretty much guaranteed that nothings gonna happen and we're stuck with the al owairan instead of the good fodder from the 87x15 which kinda sucks for TOTS. 

also later in the discussion in the help chat with the EA advisor person I had issues with a second topic about rivals games and they just ended up saying flat out: "no." , without an explanation or anything. Idk pretty annoying in general.
