Connection issue

Is anyone else playing today and having jumps in connection? Start on like 11-14 ping then it is constantly jumping to 60-100 during games. Thought it was my WiFi but PlayStation connection test puts me at nearly 100 download and upload speeds so it can’t be that? But the lag is so consistent and unplayable
