Consistent Speed Up Lag in FC25 Online Games
Since yesterday morning, every online game I've gone into has had unplayable speed up lag occuring every 5-10 seconds. This only happens online but I have never had problems with my connection before...

None of these things worked. I don't see why it would be a connection issue as its so incredibly consistent it seems like it must be something to do with the game itself. I've also played FC24 flawlessly for months and never seen this issue

You need to use wired connection not WiFi. The only time this happens is with WiFi. If your router too far from your device, you can buy longer ethernet cables. Same happened to me for so long
I use wired connection and i have this problem. 6 ms and i have this problem.

This is an EAFC25 issue. Try to report this issue to your superiors instead of justifying that it's not the game. I have been running fc25 just fine and something is wrong now with the speed up lag on pc. Connection is smooth and other games running just fine. It has to be the game if more people are getting this only on fc25.
I am also almost completely sure this is an issue on FC 25 side. My connection is wired, fast full fibre internet with no packet loss, and I'm on a very up to date high spec PC. This issue is so consistent in the game, and it happens even in the in-game menus for me. I don't have anything like this happening with any other games, just FC 25. EA support has to understand this is an issue on their side. I had this speed up lag with FC 24 (to a lesser extent) as well. At FC 25 launch, I was really happy that it didn't have this issue, otherwise I'd have refunded immediately. But unfortunately whatever they did with the last few updates brought this issue back in the worst way. The game is actually unplayable right now for me. I'm not going into any Rivals or Champions matches at all due to this.
Same issue here on PC. All other games fine, 96/100 on EA Connection quality report. Impossible to play Champions, conceded too many goals due to stopping/speeding up.
I came back to 25 after deciding to give this one a miss. Thought I'd try it out after getting a month of EA Play Pro. Absolutely no way I am continuing, the game is getting worse year after year. ☹️
Yo bro i got a question, are you on steam? cuz i have this same issue and I've asked people ingame if they have it and they said no. i also asked if they are on steam and they said no to that too. they got the game on ea app so I think that fc25 is just not optimized properly on steam cuz this speed up lag has been happening to me since last year and even in 23 I think.
