I'm having the same issue, only this game as well and only the online games. Don't understand why this happens at all because internet isn't the issue

There is information that EA was broken in the update that is related to nvidia drivers. But this is not accurate. Someone is running on driver version 566.03. I tried to return this version. It didn't help me, it even got worse. The game can start from the third time or take a long time to load from the home screen. How they infuriate me these...

Around Monday this week I started experiencing speed lag in every online match on PC - never had it till this day from launch day.
I usually play at around 4-5ms latency, but when speed lag occurrs, I see the latency jumps to around 20ms, and sometimes even higher than that, for 1-2 seconds and then gets back to the normal 4-5ms latency (this is called jitter).
To rule out ISP issues, I launched the Xbox one version of the game on my Xbox Series X (I still have some free trail there) while of course using the same network connection (both PC and Xbox are connected via cable to my router), played several matches and didn't have any speed up lag - latency was consistent. I even checked EA's connection quality report (https://help.ea.com/en/ea-connection-quality-report/) and saw that games played on the Xbox had 0 to 0.05ms jitter, while games played on PC had between 0.5 to 1ms (and sometimes even higher) jitter, which is aligned PERFECTLY with my experience.
So, after realizing my connnection is NOT the issue, I moved to the next step of examing my PC. Launched several online games and had perfect connection in all of them - consistent latency with 0% packet loss or jitter.
Now, realzing that this is an EAFC25 PC issue, I tried basically everything - re-installed the game, went back to version 566.03 of the nvidia driver, re-insallted the latest driver again, re-set all nvidia control pannel settings for EAFC25... nothing helps.
Something broke this week on PC, I guess not for all users, but something is broken.
