Controller still doesnt work on PC

Controller doesn't work EA app version of the game I've tried everything disable steam inputs, controller barely works in menus the buttons are completely muddled to navigate in the menu, when i load in to a match in single player the controller doesn't even work properly.. its December now and there's been absolutely no support on pc end when are you going to patch this
