Cosmetic Evolution (Red FUT Champs) applied to player and I did not do it.

I have recently consulted EA's Live Chat support who have directed me here to post about the issue. Around 2 or so weeks ago I packed a gold untradeable Kylian Mbappe and am loving the game. After completing a FUT Champions weekend shortly after I noticed I had unlocked the red Evolution to apply to a player however decided not to use it straight away as I didn't know who (if anyone) I was going to apply it to. Couple of days later I notice the previously mentioned Gold Untradeable Kylian Mbappe had it applied to him which I did not do and I'm confused as to why this would've happened because I would not have applied it to him I was thinking to use it on Adama Traore's World Tour Card but as I said previously I hadn't used it on anyone.

I don't even want the evolution back or anything like that I don't care if I have to loose Mbappe's record and just have him replaced with a normal Gold untreable one I just want him back to a normal gold card. I would appreciate it so much if someone could contact me and have this matter resolved.

Also I don't believe it was a "hacker" or anything like that as far as i'm aware as I haven't noticed anything else changed or missing literally just that evolution has been applied it literally makes no sense and i'm so confused.
