Create Multiple Clubs

In the FC 25 Career Mode Pitch Notes it shows a button for "Create New Club". The difference in wording might suggest that we can use this as many times as we want. Since it differs from the "Create A Club" name given to the mode where you are forced to control the created club. I'm wondering is this the case or not.
