Custom tactics in general

I have to say I'm not particularly liking the new ways for making your own custom tactics.  

I realise it's a learning process on my part but I did prefer being able to tell e.g a fall back to stay back then make them balanced on another tactic and then on another tactic to join the attack.   I also preferred being able to set e.g slow  balanced  fast build up
