So they closed ea help on Twitter some time ago. Apart from the forum is there a way to raise an issue that won’t just be moved by moderators? I’m fed up reporting an issue for them to move it to a thread that says “solved” even though it isn’t actually solved. It’s like they just shoving their head in the sand hoping if they ignore issues they will do away
If someone from ea actually replied with updated that would be a start! 3 weeks ago these packs were due, within a couple days they say it’s all sorted and since then they have said nothing! It is clearly being ignored from a customer perspective! They might be doing stuff behind the scenes (as they damn well should be) but to not even say we have noticed people and are looking into it, or acknowledge it in anyway is shameful and yet again all you do is defend them regardless of the situation. I’ve asked you multiple times to not reply to my posts as you add NOTHING. I genuinely believe you and your opinion is superior to everyone else’s from how you talk to people and frankly it’s people with this wa can’t do anything wrong attitude or oh they are busy we need to make it easy for them is what is so wrong with this community
I’m not here to help other people. There’s zero obligation to help anyone here. Great for you that you want to do that, but I come here to address issues with this game. If I see a post that I can help with I will, but I don’t feel the need to read and comment on every post like you clearly do.

money post you defend the state of rush, people comment it’s been done badly compared to other games like 2k and your response well the community would ruin it. You can’t hear a bad word about ea.

It’s fine if you don’t want to help people but at least appreciate it’s not always about defending ea or being anti ea some people just want to help others.
It’s like if someone doesn’t agree with you all you want to do is argue with them just be self aware.
Also maybe pick a thread I am defending ea in to argue about it. I am literally saying there is a bug because the game is broken people need help and your argument will make it more difficult to get people help. That’s not defending ea saying the game is broken and people need help. It’s just disagreeing with you.
