So they closed ea help on Twitter some time ago. Apart from the forum is there a way to raise an issue that won’t just be moved by moderators? I’m fed up reporting an issue for them to move it to a thread that says “solved” even though it isn’t actually solved. It’s like they just shoving their head in the sand hoping if they ignore issues they will do away

@EA_Darko but you keep on lying. Cause why do the dutch side of the forum say that everything is done and everybody got there packs??? You guys do nothing about it.Here we are waiting 2 weeks on our packs.But something like objective pulisic is fixed within a day.Ill post it here as well i recieved the pack for reaching ronaldinho.(made it to level 20)i have not recieved and pack that i did complete.

Funny how here they say its under investigation.But chat says this.

The last post by any ea staff states it’s fixed. It’s clearly not. Can you not see how as effectively customer service staff for the community you are not providing us with enough information?

@Stewdinho83 Think it’s better to lump all posts in one thread if it’s all the same issue. A lot of times ea has given an answer but people miss it. Not only is it easier for ea but easier for the player with the issue.

We need to stand up for ourselves and the community.

@hab74n7d9q6a I mean the missing rivals rewards right now isn’t about money and ea is all over it with updates so it doesn’t matter.

It’s literally proving my point. Making multiple posts just makes it harder for everyone. I realize people right now doing it probably don’t know any better.

That’s why I post in them to help them understand what’s going on.

The whole point is the op doing it purposely hurts the community.

He is going on and on with insults but I just disagree with him. Just because I want to help people and think he is wrong doesn’t mean I think he is a bad person and needs insulted.

End of the day it’s yet more mistakes with the rivals rewards, saying oh they are working on it…great, but yet again it highlights just how incompetent they are!

great they post 5 times saying fixed that, but since they said the fc24 rewards were fixed they have said NOTHING. That’s the issue. All well and good addressing yet more issues with the game; but can’t just ignore all the stuff they already have broken that they are still to resolve.
no offence to you, I’m sure some people like your responding saying they are working on it, personally I want to hear from ea directly. The fact the forums is the only way to communicate with them is shambolic as again no offence I want to hear from ea directly and not some random person with no official affiliation with ea, no access to the studio (as far as I know) say oh they will be working on it. I just want what was promised over three weeks ago. It shouldn’t be that hard for someone actually from ea to speak to the community instead of sticking their heads in the sand on this topic and ignoring everyone with the issue

@RadioShaqs The missing rivalrewards will probably takes a week or so. And that is the problem players have.
Cause experience with ea is that if it a pack store or something. It is deleted or fixed within minutes.

But this post i hope was about the preseason rewards. That is why i was placed here. And that issue is being ignored.
I either get the answer of everybody got their rewards or we are looking into it.(no answer for 3 weeks) or i get called a liar and that i didnt do the objectives. But look in my fc 24 team you can at least see lucy bronze and a 99evo.

@hab74n7d9q6a We are not arguing with the time frame. I think everyone would like it fixed in seconds even ea. I am sure everyone would rather the problem not even start.

They have updated 5-6 maybe even more. They might have consolidated posts I don’t know to make it easier. They even put up a giant yellow banner to explain it.

I really don’t know how much better they could have handled it. Maybe pm each person or responded into the hundred or so individual threads. I dunno that would be great but probably unrealistic.

@RadioShaqs but a lot of complaints i read are about priority for ea. So the time frame they put it in. Why is that they have priority if its benefits ea and not priority if it benefits the players?

And the preseasonrewards had a yellow banner for a day or 2 but the issue hasnt been resolved. But they keep a lid on it and hope people will forget. Just look at their action last year.

@Stewdinho83 That’s why I either link ea saying it or if they ask I add the link. I think it’s important they know ea is trying to fix it it’s not me saying it. That’s why your argument of spamming the forum makes it worse they want an answer from ea not me. I don’t think they are ignoring it. Hab has said he got an answer from ea. I know it’s not the one he wanted but they responded to him with an update.

Again I am really not sure what else they could do. They have identified the issue updated it multiple times put up the yellow banner.

It’s one thing if you dislike the answer you got but they are not ignoring you.

They are ignoring it though. There have been numerous comments, tags etc since they said it’s sorted and they haven’t said a word. There have been posts about it moved to the same post and yet they still don’t say anything.

zero communication when they are moving the posts (which means they see them) and not commenting, it’s literally the definition of ignoring

@RadioShaqs They updated one of the many many many issues with this broken game. I’m still waiting three weeks for an update on the fc 24 rewards….THREE WEEKS. Why? Because it’s not affecting many so they do ignore it. The rivals one they connected on, good, great, amazing that someone has bothered to provide some service. Great for those involved, but for me and the people commenting daily, tagging people etc, it’s ignored, there’s no other way to think about it

They may have updated him in Dutch but English one has been ignored every day for three weeks! There’s a guy who daily messages and has been ignored totally for it
