Cutmas token not rewarded

I’m having the same issue, I’ve tried to be very diligent about logging in each day (even had my sister log in for me while I went to the ND game), but wasn’t rewarded the token for the 21st. Started a support chat (who didn’t have the necessary permissions to solve the problem) but they told me I didn’t have a log in recorded for that day. I went over to mountain time that day, though I’m usually on eastern time, so I figured the timezone for redeeming changed with it. Apparently I had an early morning log-in on the 22nd, which would’ve been the 21st for me, but got that days token instead. Incredibly painful given there is absolutely zero indication it has to be eastern time. I have literally every other token.
