Didnt get preorder bonus fc 25
I preordered today, half an hour ago, and in my order confirmation email it's says I'm not eligible for the preorder bonuses, even though it's stated that the preorder bonus is until 21/08 04.00 UTC. Any solutions?

Same situation. Just preordered for the bonus content. If I’m not eligible then I want EA to confirm that so I can get a refund
Saw this in another thread: According to the FC 25 disclaimers, the early bonus items are available until August 21, 2024 at 4pm UTC. So yes, you should receive the extra items.
