Disappointed with Level 14 Reward - Misleading Info in the Companion App

Hi everyone,

I'm really disappointed and frustrated with the reward system in EA FC 25, specifically at level 14. After reaching this level, I was excited to see that I had earned Heung-Min Son, but to my shock, it turned out that he was only a loan player.

What upsets me even more is that in the companion app where I track my progress, there was no indication whatsoever that the reward was a loan player (see attached screenshot). I genuinely thought I was grinding for a permanent addition to my team. I spent a lot of time and effort reaching this point, and had I known the reward was a loan player, I definitely wouldn't have invested so much into reaching this level—it just doesn't seem worth it.

I feel like this is misleading, and I think it would only be fair to receive some sort of compensation for the confusion caused by the app. EA, please consider this feedback seriously, because players like me work hard for these milestones, and it’s really disheartening when things aren’t communicated clearly.
