Disappointment
Iv'e been buying this game every year for 20 years, playing it way too much. Iv'e never commentet in a forum, never complained because over the years its been my favourite game and in general iv'e been happy... THIS HAS NOW CHANGED over the last years of fifa/fc. i write this in hope of some change... it's the only thing i can do in hope of reaching the person in charge. The people making this game, or the people making the decisions needs to be fired... THERE DESTROYING THE GAME. People whom understands football, whom understands how players move and make decisions in a game needs to be in charge, you can feel that it's made by people who just watches football and likes the exciting parts of it. The game is uncontrollable. Let's start with the big things...
THE GAMES ARE SCRIPTED-and the fact that EA dont even alow us too comment that is pathetic. We play it every day and we all feel it. I play careermode on world class difficulty and 90% of the games (doesn't mater how easy the opponent is) whenever iv'e scored a goal the computer take's over and 90% och my tackle's fail, every time i'm in an opportunity to win the ball, the same millisecond i press tackle they dribble me/pass/rushes past or simply the ball just bounce's back to another of there players. Often the game just creates a mistake by my players or goalkeeper in order to get a clear opportunity at goal and score. And after that it is patheticly easy to score a goal, and then they take over again until they automatically score, and the circle repeets itself. If i switch to pro difficulty i win the games with atleast 5-0.
THE GAME DOESN'T UNDERSTAND FOOTBALL BASICS-like handball function. If you allow handball in your'e settings you will have a big laugh, EA obviously don't understand the handball rule or cant make a game that can handle it... PATHETIC for a company that specialises in making sport games. Offside is still something that constantly failes. When the game want's a goal it can litteraly shoot thru player's. And the biggest one of them all, you have basically removed the abbility to header the ball in goal. This show's that you don't care about the basics of the game, you only care about "new features" and "ultimate team" and things that sell more for EA.
THE PRICE-I FEEL ROBBED. The amount of money i spent over the years and the game get's worse every year. You lose licenses to big league's like Russian preamier league and Brasilian Serie A. To worldclass team's like Inter Milan, Milan FC, Atalanta, Lazio and still have the audacity to raise the price of the game as it gets worse. And you market it with quotes like "Better than ever" and "The best game EA has realesed in years" written by someone who obviously dont play the game regularly or know what there talking about. How can ju realese what is basically a beta version and price i like you do. You cant blame me for saying- IT FEELS CORRUPT
All these big things that need to be fixed and you send us updates with small bug fixes, small player uppdates and a changed menu!!! ARE YOU MENTAL?.. Every time i try to start a career i prep for a couple of hours and as soon as i play one match i get so enraged because the game i basically made to work against you, by that i mean that the computer has all the controll, the games goes where the computer want's it to go, i fail with most of what i try, and THE COMPUTER MOCKS YOU BY DIONG THINGS THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE USER TO DO.
I can go on for pages more but i don't think people care enough about this game anymore to read it all. If the next game is realesed half price i might buy it... but im guttered to say that I'VE LOST HOPE in EA and that means they have lost a lifetime customer, and i dont think i'm the only one, the question is... DO EA SPORTS EVEN CARE
